At DRIP SNK & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@dripsnk.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our team to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to the appropriate address below.
Return Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), DRIP SNK & Co will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@dripsnk.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@dripsnk.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company first. If still unresolved, contact us at info@dripsnk.com.
