1. Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–12 business days from shipment
- Europe & International: 10–15 business days from shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@dripsnk.com.
5. International Shipping DRIP SNK & Co ships internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delays and Lost Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package appears lost, contact us at info@dripsnk.com.
7. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@dripsnk.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
